Hill’s Café is a 15-acre mixed-use redevelopment project of the former Hill’s Café and Classic Inn along South Congress Avenue within the vibrant St. Elmo District of Austin, approximately five miles south of downtown. 

Phase one will consist of approx. 400 apartment units and ground-level retail.  Construction is slated to start late 2022.  Phase two of the development may include office, retail and hotel.
