NEAL (XIUPENG) CHEN

Neal (Xiupeng) Chen is a highly motivated and results-driven professional with a successful track record in operations and sales management. Currently, he serves as an Operations and Marketing Associate at Koa Partners. In this role, he collaborates with executives to develop and execute effective campaigns to drive brand awareness and generate leads. He is also involved in the analytical works for commercial real estate sides of portfolio for Koa Partners.

Prior to joining Koa Partners, Neal worked in both China and the United States as an Operations Manager and Head of Sales for UpinU, a company focused on residential real estate. During his time at the company, he successfully built and managed high-performing sales teams, resulting in a 40% increase in revenue in just one year. Neal’s expertise in developing and executing effective sales strategies, conducting market research, and building strong customer relationships helped to drive business growth and expand the company’s customer base.

Neal graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and a minor in Mathematics. His strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as his ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, have helped him to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
