JACOB LEITNICK

Jacob Leitnick serves as an Associate, Asset Management at Koa Partners. He is responsible for providing direct support to all real estate development and asset management projects, as well as financial underwriting and analysis.

Prior to joining Koa, Jacob served as a property manager for multi-family and single-family communities located in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. He worked closely with HOA boards, general contractors/vendors, and residents, learning and understanding the needs of a property and those associated with it. Additionally, he helped facilitate monthly and annual meetings, as well as oversee the budgetary and financial parameters of a community.

Prior to his employment as a property manager, Jacob attended the University of North Texas, graduating with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing, with honors. He was an active member in the Advertising Club and the UNT National Society of Leadership and Success chapter.
